Australian Returns/Exchange Policy 

Returns are accepted for exchange or refund within 14 business days of receiving the order.

Return costs and shipping method are the responsibility of the buyer.

All returns are to be sent back by a traceable method.

All products must be in original condition with tags still attached and with all packaging.

Shoes must only be tried on carpet with no visible worn marks on them.
